Vad är Diminishing Partnership Financing (avtagande partnerskap)?
Det är en saminvesteringsmodell där du och Delhem tillsammans äger bostaden. Med tiden köper du successivt ut vår andel genom månatliga betalningar – tills du blir ensam ägare. Ett rättvist och etiskt alternativ till vanliga bolån.
Hur fungerar utköpsprocessen?
Varje månad betalar du: Hyra: För den del av bostaden som Delhem äger. Utköpsdel: Som gradvis minskar vår andel och ökar din. När hela vår andel är återbetald äger du bostaden till 100 %.
Kan jag sälja bostaden innan jag äger hela?
Ja, du kan sälja när som helst. Intäkterna från försäljningen delas proportionerligt mellan dig och Delhem utifrån era respektive ägarandelar vid försäljningstillfället.
